NorthBridge Realty Holdings is a privately held real estate investment firm based in North Texas. Formed in 2015, NorthBridge and its principals have acquired and developed commercial properties with a total value of over $500 million.
The principals of NorthBridge have spent their entire professional careers, spanning almost three decades, working in the commercial real estate, banking/finance and construction industry. Over that time, the firm has established relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, attorneys, and other commercial real estate professionals that present unique investment opportunities that are not available to the general public.
Investment Strategy
Niche Market
NorthBridge is actively seeking commercial real estate investment and development opportunities in self-storage, RV/Boat storage, medical office, industrial that require between $1 and $10 million of equity which is under served in the commercial real estate industry. Projects that fall in this range of equity need are typically more than most sponsors can arrange through friends and family. At the same time, large institutional investors, like pension funds and insurance companies, have investment minimums in the $20 million range.
Relationship Driven
NorthBridge has a proven track record of building high quality projects that generate higher than average returns to their partners. They have a reputation of being conservative in their underwriting of a project so that their partners expectations are often exceeded, and those partners are often invested in multiple projects.


Investment Criteria
Geographic Location – major and secondary Texas markets and high growth areas of the Southwest and Southeast regions of the US
Asset Type – Self-storage, RV/Boat storage, medical office/ office condo developments, light industrial/flex, opportunistic land with ability to develop in near term
Transaction Size – $2M to $15M for acquisitions or development projects with an ultimate value of $5-$20M
NorthBridge sources capital through SEC Registered Investment Advisors, Family Offices and direct relationships with high net worth individuals that meet the SEC accredited investor standard.
